A few important things from us as we head into the end of the year!

OUR PRICES ARE INCREASING

From 1 November, our service prices will increase by 5%. Nail art prices will remain unchanged.

This increase allows us to continue using the good quality products we believe in, while covering the ever increasing costs of products and shipping, power, insurance and ongoing education.

If you’re wanting to get your appointments sorted for next year, please book through our booking link.

All available appointments are visible online, so if you can’t see what you’re after, please make sure you’re using our waiting list feature too.

When adding yourself to the waiting list, please include the dates, days and times that work for you. The more information you give us, the easier it is for us to find you a spot when something becomes available.

OUR CHRISTMAS BREAK

Honey will be closed from 24 December – 18 January.

This is actually the first time in our careers that we’re taking an extra week off, and we’re really looking forward to having a proper reset before another big year with all of you.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

A little heads up that we’re no longer sending text message reminders. From now on, appointment reminders will be sent via email 48 hours before your appointment.

Please make sure you’re keeping an eye on your emails! If you’re ever unsure when your appointment is, you can check your booking details through our online booking system or get in touch with us.

Please don’t rely on a text reminder to remember your appointment, we won’t be sending these anymore.

AND FINALLY…

Getting your nails done is a choice. It’s a little treat, a little bit of self-care, and something you absolutely don’t need to do.

And we genuinely appreciate that you choose us.

Let’s get into the nitty-gritty *

  • By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging and accepting our policies.

    We reserve the right to reject or cancel a service for any reason, for example: frequent lateness, cancellations or failure to comply with our policies.

    Our nail salon prices are final, and are listed upon booking.

  • You absolutely must reschedule your appointment if you are unwell. Please refer to the cancellations terms and conditions.

  • Please let us know if you are going to be late, we can usually allow for a few minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, this will mean (at our discretion) your appointment will be either:

    • A plain manicure (ie. miss out on art, though you will still be charged for the missed art)

    • cancelled and you will be charged a fee of 100% of the cost for the service booked.

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and any deposit will be refunded.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a fee of 100% of the cost for the service booked.

    In all instances, failure to pay the applicable fee will mean we are unable to provide any further services to you.

  • Honey is not responsible for loss/stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a lost/stolen voucher.

    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and con not be exchange for cash.

    Honey Gift vouchers do not expire unless specified otherwise.
